We launched Goodwin Housing to provide excellent quality housing at affordable rates, as well as access to all of Goodwin’s Family of Services. ​

The Trust has taken this ambitious step to provide a better quality of life for prospective tenants by helping to alleviate the economic pressures of soaring utility bills, rising rents, falling incomes and the bedroom tax.

Goodwin Housing now has in excess of 70 properties in Thornton Estate, Hull city centre and across West Hull, giving many families and individuals a good, affordable standard of home which has in turn given them a basis upon which to improve their quality of lives.
