What Do We Do?
Create to Change offers young people the opportunity to gain paid work experience in a wide range of industries including marketing, hospitality, retail, catering and digital media.
By offering placements to the young people we work with, local businesses benefit from working with and developing young talent – without the cost!
Why Try It?
- Create to Change has been running since March 2017 and has contributed significantly to the development of local businesses
- To work alongside other amazing entrepreneurs
- Our strong legacy of supporting people into jobs after the work placement finishes
- Over 300 participants progressed into employment, education or training so far
