In 1994, fourteen residents in Hull’s Thornton Estate decided to get together and tackle some of the problems in their community.
They decided that enough was enough, and through a blend of hard work, hope, help, goodwill, compassion and ambition, changed it for the better.
Our current Board remains true to this founding group, with most trustees being residents of Thornton Estate.
We’re really proud of our achievements over the years, and we’re always looking for innovative and inventive ways to tackle the multiple and varied issues affecting the estate and the people who live here.
