What We Do?
We know it’s not easy to get back into work. That’s why we’re here to support people age 16 and over to identify and develop skills, make a personalised development plan and help build confidence and resilience.

What Do We Do?
Create to Change helps people who are unemployed gain real, paid work experience across a variety of industries including marketing, hospitality, retail, catering and digital media.
We partner with local businesses to offer meaningful placements, giving organisations the chance to develop new talent without the cost, while helping participants build confidence, skills and experience.

What Do We Do?
We help people aged 16+ build confidence in everyday English through our ESOL classes. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your skills, we offer both accredited and unaccredited courses to suit your needs.

What we do
Come and get real work experience in Goodwin’s fully functional Fareshare warehouse. Develop warehousing skills whilst working as part of a vibrant team that supports community food members with the delivery of surplus food, which is then passed on to the most vulnerable in society.
If eligible for this course you could also sit a Level 2 in Principles of Warehousing and gain a forklift truck license/qualification.
