What Do We Do?
The Turf open access provision for children and young people aged 8 -18, based at The Octagon Family Centre on Walker Street, with further provisions for young people aged 18-24 with identified additional SEN needs.
By building relationships with young people and the local community, we provide a strong and effective support network to help with the transition from dependence to independence through facilitating personal, social and educational development.
We aim to inspire young people to be their best selves, through collaborative working, empowerment, informal learning and a strong membership network.
