Goodwin Community Hub
Fully accessible entry to the Goodwin Community Hub, with step-free access and automatic door, platform lift with non-automatic door, and 2 standard accessible toilets situated in the downstairs and upstairs of the building. Car park situated at the back of the building with 2 disabled car parking spaces. Please note, if you require a changing places toilet, the nearest is in St Stephen’s Shopping centre which is a 5-minute distance via foot from the building. There is currently single-sex bathroom facilities and gender-neutral standard accessible bathrooms. To support service users from religious backgrounds we must keep single-sex spaces available, but we encourage service users to facilitate the bathroom space which they feel most comfortable using. Quiet spaces are available for service users on request and subject to room availability.
The Octagon
Fully accessible entry to The Octagon, with 2 step-free entrances with automatic doors, 2 passenger lifts with automatic doors in the centre of the building and a standard accessible toilet located on every floor situated in the downstairs and upstairs of the building. Car park situated at the back of The Octogen with 6 disabled car parking spaces. Please note, if you require a changing places toilet, the nearest is in St Stephen’s Shopping centre which is approximately a 10-minute distance via foot from the building. Baby change facilities available on the ground floor or in the family centre located in the car park. To support service users from religious backgrounds we must keep single-sex spaces available, but we encourage service users to facilitate the bathroom space which they feel most comfortable using. The Octagon Family Hub and TURF Youth Club
Fully accessible entry to The Octagon Family Centre and TURF Youth Club, with step-free access and automatic door and 1 standard accessible toilet situated near the entrance with baby change facilities. There are also bathroom facilities suitable for small children. Car park situated at the front the building with 2 disabled car parking spaces. Please note, if you require a changing places toilet, the nearest is in St Stephen’s Shopping centre which is approximately a 10-minute distance via foot from the building. There is currently single-sex individual-cubicle bathroom facilities and gender-neutral standard accessible bathrooms. Fully accessible entry to Fenchurch Children’s Centre, with step-free entrance with automatic doors, a passenger lift with automatic doors in the centre of the building and a standard accessible toilet located on every floor situated in the downstairs and upstairs of the building. Car park situated at the side of the building with 2 disabled car parking spaces. Please note, if you require a changing places toilet, the nearest is in St Stephen’s Shopping centre which is approximately a 25-minute distance via foot from the building or short bus ride. Baby change facilities are available on every floor. Gender neutral single-cubicle bathrooms available, with no communal/shared vanity space. Quiet spaces are available for service users on request and subject to room availability.
