What Do We Do?
The Goodwin Pantry supports people experiencing food poverty on Hull’s Thornton Estate and beyond, offering a healthy mix of fresh, chilled, frozen, tinned and packet food at a hugely discounted price.
Unlike food banks, the Pantry is a membership scheme through which our members can access additional support from a choice of Goodwin services. Based at the Veterans Hub, Anlaby Road, the Pantry offers two generous carrier bags of food for £2.00 and opens every Friday, 10.30am-12.00 noon.
We also host live events, talks from partner organisations, feature cookery demonstrations, offer free resources and lots more.
