Goodwin Housing – Goodwin Development Trust

We created Goodwin Housing to offer good-quality homes at affordable rents, along with access to all of Goodwin’s support services.

Our aim is to help people live well by easing some of the financial pressures many face today like high energy costs, rising rents, and reduced household incomes.

Goodwin Housing now manages more than 60 homes across the Thornton Estate and West Hull. These homes provide families and individuals with a safe, affordable place to live and a strong foundation to build a better future.

At Goodwin Housing, we believe our tenants’ voices should guide everything we do. That’s why we recently invited all of you to take part in our 2025 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey a chance to tell us how we’re doing and where we can do better.
