Here at Goodwin, we’ve always wanted to be the better landlord. We don’t want to be a big, faceless organisation that people feel they can’t connect with – we know our tenants by name.

We provide a housing service that makes people feel comfortable, from providing good-quality housing at a reasonable rates to our forum meetings where tenants can come in for a chat about the development they live on. We’re incredibly proud of the housing we offer across Hull, and the Board’s desire to provide this comes from housing being the single biggest issue for people living on Thornton Estate.
