Goodwin Development Trust is a successful community business that seeks to improve people’s quality of life through developing and delivering gap services. We are now looking to recruit a professional, experienced & confident HR Administrator within our Human Resources Department.

 

HR Administrator (Job Ref: HRA1)

Full Time (37 hours per week)

£16,000 per annum

 

You will be an integral part of the HR Department, providing day to day HR administrative support which contributes to the long‐term development of the HR function. Duties include supporting the HR Team with recruitment and selection processes, co-ordination and inputting of data, preparation of information packs, conducting inductions for new starters, minute taking of relevant meetings and all other general office administrative duties.  The role will also include the co-ordination of volunteers, including meeting with potential volunteers and assisting with volunteer applications.  This role would suit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a busy environment.

You should have proven experience within an administration role and excellent IT Skills, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. You must also be willing to undertake further training, which will be provided, including Safeguarding Adults and Information Governance.  Previous experience and knowledge of HR practices would be an advantage, but not essential.
